Back to work
It's been a while since I've updated this project, and I figured since I'm just getting back into it after my break the first update back would be more quality of life stuff. I made the camera a little bigger to make it easier to react to enemies which is a suggestion I got from one of my commenters (thanks!), and along with that I added a pause menu. It just makes it so that you can quit out or retry easier instead of having to do some sort of workaround. The health bar is a bit nicer now, and it changes colors to make it easier to see at a glance how much health you have left, and coupled with the custom cursor it's just a bit more aesthetic. Oh also I changed the roll animation to fit the invincibility better, and made it a little longer (0.75 seconds from 0.5). The last thing I did was add just a bit of backstory before the level begins so that you know what you're doing, which will be expanded upon as the game grows.
